24 wonton wrappers (4 per cup)
1 chicken breast, washed with vinegar water, sliced thin and diced
8 shrimp, washed in vinegar water and cut into 2–3 pieces each
1–2 tbsp Grace Jerk Seasoning
1 tbsp Maggi All-Purpose Seasoning
1 small scotch bonnet pepper, finely minced
2 cloves garlic, grated
2 eggs
2 tbsp bacon bits
2 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp herbs of your choice (e.g., thyme, parsley)
Mozzarella cheese or cheese of your choice, shredded
Coconut oil or butter, for greasing
Set oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine diced chicken, chopped shrimp, grated garlic, minced scotch bonnet, green onions, bacon bits, eggs, herbs, jerk seasoning, and Maggi seasoning. Mix thoroughly.
Grease a 6-cup muffin tin with coconut oil or butter. Layer 4 wonton wrappers per cup, rotating them to create a sturdy, flower-like base.
